ImmuPharma raises €7 million to advance programmes
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), ("ImmuPharma" or the "Company"), the specialist drug discovery and development company, announced today that it has successfully raised just over €7 million (£4.71m) through the issue of new shares and an interest free unsecured Bond with warrants.

ImmuPharma plc (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, announced today further data from its phase II trial with IPP-201101 for Lupus. Patients who received IPP-201101 on only 3 occasions, 2 weeks apart, demonstrated a significant clinical improvement in their condition in addition to the decrease of their biomarkers.

ImmuPharma Announces Summary of Meeting with FDA for design of development programme for IPP-201101 treatment for Lupus

ImmuPharma plc (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, announced today that it held a meeting with the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) on its IPP-201101 treatment for Lupus, a chronic, life-threatening autoimmune disease.
The meeting was held following the successful completion of the phase I trial of IPP-201101 and the initiation of the phase II trial, results of which are due to be announced before year-end. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss technical and scientific information and the proposed clinical protocol design for IPP-201101.

ImmuPharma IPP- 201101 treatment for Lupus enters Phase II

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, announced today that its IPP-201101 treatment for Lupus, a chronic, life-threatening autoimmune disease, has entered into Phase II clinical trials. The first group of Lupus patients in the study have already been given the drug.
This European Phase II study in Lupus patients is a proof of concept, dose ranging, safety and efficacy study. The efficacy will be assessed using appropriate surrogate markers that are involved in the disease and biomarkers related to mechanism of action of IPP-201101. Results from this short duration study, expected by year end, will be of great value in preparation of pivotal Phase III studies.

ImmuPharma announces successful results from its phase I clinical trial with IPP-201101 for Lupus

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development
company, announced today that it has successfully completed the
placebo-controlled phase I study involving 24 healthy volunteers of its
lead compound IPP-201101 for Lupus, a chronic, life-threatening autoimmune
disease.
This study, which took place in France, was the first administration in
humans for IPP-201101 and was designed to assess its safety and
tolerability. The preliminary safety report confirmed that the drug was
safe and well-tolerated.

ImmuPharma commences drawdown of prestigious research grants exceeding €1m
ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), the specialist pharmaceutical discovery and development company, announced today that it has started drawing down independent grants to assist with the development of its lead drug candidates. The grants which were approved in principle at the time of ImmuPharma's AIM admission in February 2006,have been awarded by ANVAR and ANR, two French state organisations that support innovative and promising R&D programmes.
