Richard Warr has 20 years’ experience in investment banking and corporate and government equity capital market transactions and was the architect of a large AIM flotation in 2004. Prior to co-founding ImmuPharma, he held positions as a director at ABN Amro Equities, head of European sales and marketing at Credit Lyonnais, executive director of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and head of European equity distribution at Swiss Bank Corporation. He is a graduate of Oxford University.
