About us

ImmuPharma is a drug discovery and development company focused on developing novel medicines to treat serious medical conditions and address a high unmet need with low marketing costs and a relatively low risk of drug development failure.

It is developing five drug candidates with significant sales potential to treat:

   • Lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus)

   • Cancer

   • Moderate to severe cancer or post-operative pain

   • Highly resistant, hospital-acquired infections, such as MRSA

   • Inflammatory and allergic disorders

ImmuPharma has a significant collaborative research and development agreement with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, France’s scientific research institution (http://www.cnrs.fr/index.html). The agreement grants ImmuPharma worldwide exclusive rights to exploit commercially certain discoveries relating to the therapeutic use of peptides and peptide discoveries.

Alongside these collaborations, the company is using innovative technologies to develop a strong proprietary pipeline and patent portfolio of potential new drugs. ImmuPharma plans either to bring its discoveries to market itself or license them to other pharmaceutical companies.

ImmuPharma was first founded in Basel, Switzerland in 1999.

ImmuPharma's main R&D operations are based in Mulhouse, France near Basel, Switzerland, at the Technopôle Centre ( http://www.technopole-mulhouse.com/dn_the_technopole_centre/ ).
