ImmuPharma has 77,349,183 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue, each of which entitles the holder to cast one vote in general meetings.  The company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.  The Company is not aware of any interest of 3% or more in the share capital of the Company other than the persons noted below.

As far as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that is not in public hands is 64%.  This percentage comprises the holdings of Directors.
